On the occasion of the National Day of Greece, LLGGU celebrated by organizing a Te Deum in both Arabic and Greek Languages at St. Georges Cathedral -Amioun

Τhe League of Lebanese Graduates from Greek Universities (LLGGU) and the Embassy of Greece in Beirut co-organized, for first time, in 2008, a Festival aiming at the promotion of Greek cinema and culture. The main goal of the organizers was to introduce to the Lebanese wide public recent productions of the Greek cinematographic art.

In the framework of a visit to Lebanon from December 13 to December 15, 2007, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Greece, Mr. Theodoros Kassimis, met with the President and Members of the Executive Committee of the LLGGU, in presence of the Ambassador of Greece to Lebanon, Mr. Panos Kalogeropoulos.

23 Lebanese Dentists of the League of Lebanese Graduates from Greek Universities (LLGGU) attended from October 19 to 20, 2007 the 4th Continuing Dental Education Seminar organized by the School of Dentistry of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki – Greece and sponsored by the Greek Ministry of Education.
