The principal goals of the LLGGU are as follow :

1. Enhance the friendly relations existing between the Peoples of Lebanon and Greece at all levels,
2. Encourage the cultural exchanges between the two countries,
3. Consolidate the relations between the graduates in Lebanon and the universities they graduated from in Greece,
4. Insure continuous training programs in Lebanon and Greece for the graduates in their different fields of specialization,
5. Found a Lebanese-Greek Cultural Center in Lebanon,
6. Work for social progress in general and contribute in the intellectual development of the Lebanese society.
